I filed an auto claim back in July 2022, and I still haven't gotten any updates from the person handling my case. I've called multiple times, but H never got back to me. Honestly, this is the worst company I've ever dealt with.

"Strongly Endorse Hanover"
In my opinion, Hanover is a top-notch company. I've been covered for both auto and home for quite a while now. The discounts for having both policies are something I really value. It's been ages since I filed a claim, but when I did years back, they jumped on it right away, handled everything like pros, and sorted it out fast. I reckon their premium rates stack up well, if not better, than many other insurers, especially the big national players.
